The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page two, section three, line nineteen, by striking out the words “Each county commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The State Auditor”;

On page two, section three, line twenty-two, by striking out the words “county commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words State Auditor”;

On page two, section three, line twenty-five, by striking out the words “county commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Auditor”;

On page two, section three, line twenty-seven, by striking out the words “county commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Auditor”;

On page two, section three, line twenty-nine, by striking out the words “county commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Auditor”;

On page two, section three, lines thirty-four and thirty-five, by striking out the phrase “Each county commission that has appointed a fiduciary supervisor who is not licensed to practice law in this state” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The State Auditor”;

And,

On page two, section three, line thirty-eight, by striking out the words “county commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Auditor”.
